This was my mothers recipe, and named by my son because it is so addictive. By replacing the Jell-O® with sugar-free Jello-O®, using no-sugar-added pineapple, and your choice of sugar substitute, this turns into a reduced-carb recipe. If you don't have a grinder, use a blender and water to grind the cranberries, then drain.
A recipe from my kitchen when I was in Puerto Rico made with green bananas, sweet onion and bacon in a vinegar dressing. I have served it to my North American friends and they love it as well. It is great to serve instead of the same ol' potato salad. Dare to try something new?
This beet and orange salad is a nice, colorful salad. Wedges of cooked beets, sliced apples, and orange sections are dressed with a delicious vinaigrette and spooned onto a bed of shredded beet greens.
This is a sweet fruit salad intended to be served as a low-fat dessert. The syrup is essential; without it, you just have an ordinary fruit salad, for which you probably don't need a recipe! You can vary the fruits to use what you have on hand. This is especially good with strawberries and melon. Bananas might be too overpowering, though.
This fruity strawberry dessert salad is really good, refreshing, and great for bridal or baby showers!
Delicious, quick, and easy fruit salad! Good for the winter; not many summer-fruits.

This is a nutty, sweet-tasting strawberry salad that is perfect for spring and summer outings.
This is a recipe that my aunt made for me not long ago, and you can pretty much make it your own by adding your favorite fruits or taking out what you don't like. Also changing the yogurt flavor will change the taste as well.
This is a wonderful and easy fruit salad that is also pretty for special occasions or holidays.
This refreshing, healthy, and delicious fruit salad showcases the colors of the stars and stripes—perfect for Fourth of July celebrations! It's great for fireworks, picnics, or as a side for a family dinner. Add a touch of love, and enjoy!
My grandmother gave me this recipe earlier today. I am not crazy about Apples, but loved this salad. I told my husband to hurry up and eat it before I eat too much. My grandmother told me it is like the candy apples at a fair, which I also am not crazy about, but this was the best salad ever! Hope you all enjoy.
This fruit salad is commonly found on street carts in Mexico. For a fun twist I added bananas and fresh pineapple, and chopped fresh mint for added color. Very refreshing.
This strawberry-melon salad recipe is perfect for summer BBQs. The fruit makes it tasty.
This fruit salad with whipped cream topping can be made four hours ahead if chilled and covered. You can substitute Grand Marnier for Chambord, or use raspberry extract.
