Put a twist on your overnight oats with these jars, inspired by the flavors of a popular candy. The white chocolate shell mimics the exterior of the peanut butter cup for a fun breakfast. Don’t skip the peanuts on top, as they add a nice crunch. Feel free to swap in any milk or nut butter you prefer.
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 3/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup whole-milk plain strained (Greek-style) yogurt
1/3 cup crunchy natural peanut butter, well stirred
3 tablespoons unsalted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped, divided
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
1 1/2 teaspoons unrefined coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
