  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk or other unsweetened nondairy milk

  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
