Manicotti tubes stuffed with a ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan blend, baked in tomato sauce until bubbly. Cheesy, rich, and classic.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package manicotti pasta
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 6 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream 1/3 cup dried bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
