1 green bell pepper, chopped 4 stalks celery, chopped

2/3 cup white sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup ketchup

1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
