Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • 8 cups thawed frozen Tater Tots (32 ounces)

  • Flaky sea salt

  • 6 tablespoons crème fraîche

  • 12 thin slices smoked salmon

  • Dill sprigs, caviar and fresh lemon juice, for serving
