1 pound thin, boneless pork chops, trimmed
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
½ cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons peanut oil
3 tablespoons apricot jam
2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari or reduced-sodium soy sauce
