I made this strawberry banana bread when I had some overly ripe bananas and some fresh strawberries that were also on the ripe side. I decided to add the strawberries to my banana-nut bread batter for the perfect flavor combination!
nonstick cooking spray
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup white sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup sour cream
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups fresh ripe strawberries, diced
1 cup chopped nuts
