This delicious pork curry recipe has just the right amount of heat, but it can be adjusted to any taste. It's delicious served over lemon-coconut scented rice.
1 cup water
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 cube chicken bouillon
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons curry powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into strips
2 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup natural peanut butter
