This recipe will give you the crispy crunchiness you love about chicken nuggets without the oil. This easy recipe can replace pre-made, processed, frozen chicken nuggets (yuck)! For more heat, add some cayenne pepper to the breadcrumbs. Any dipping sauce will do.

¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs, or more as needed
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon ground chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried chives
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
