- 1/2 pound bacon, chopped 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 1/2 pounds seashell pasta salt to taste
