¼ cup reduced-fat milk
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
¾ cup chopped red bell pepper
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped (1/2 cup)
12 whole-wheat English muffins, toasted
