1/2 cup dry white wine
4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 medium leek, white and light green parts only, rinsed and sliced crosswise
2 tablespoons Cajun spice blend
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1 (15-ounce) can pure pumpkin puree
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
