Pecan Salmon Casserole
A flavorful and unique casserole. This dish combines flaky salmon with a crunchy pecan topping and a creamy base, baked until golden brown.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package small shell pasta
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (14.75 ounce) cans salmon, drained, bones and skin removed 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
