  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
