1 pint part-skim ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
ground black pepper to taste 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
