1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
3 ounces pink dragon fruit flesh (from about 1 pink-fleshed dragon fruit)
1/4 cup kombucha
1/4 cup sliced fresh pineapple
1 1/2 teaspoons unsalted raw pepitas
1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
