- trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 pound cooked ham, diced
