  • 2 cups mixed salad greens

  • ½ cup sliced cucumber

  • 2 tablespoons grated carrot

  • 1 ½ teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 ½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of ground pepper

  • 1 6 1/2-inch whole-wheat pita bread, toasted

  • ¼ cup hummus
