1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cups fresh broccoli florets (8 oz.)
¼ cup lower-sodium tamari
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 ½ tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons grated garlic
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 (8.8 ounce) pouches precooked microwaveable brown rice, prepared according to package directions
¼ cup thinly sliced scallions
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
