The vitamin C from the oranges helps support immune health, so she and her kids can feel their best. Plus, it tastes just like a creamsicle. If you don’t have almond milk, any other dairy or nondairy milk will work.

  • 2 small oranges, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped

  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
