  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can low-sodium cream of mushroom soup

  • ¾ cup water

  • 1 teaspoon lower-sodium Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh chives
