3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup water
4 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1 (0.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
