This broccoli, tomato and white bean quiche is perfect for a simple breakfast, brunch or light dinner.   • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese, divided

  • ½ cup half-and-half

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

  • 1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added great Northern beans, rinsed
