3 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 pinch kosher salt
2 slices brioche or another soft bread
1 cup blueberries and/or blackberries
¼ cup slivered almonds
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon honey
