These banana bread blondies are soft, moist, and very banana-y. With hints of cinnamon and nutmeg they are everything you love about banana bread, but in bar form.
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup mashed banana
1 large egg yolk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
