Angel Hair de la Mer
Delicate angel hair pasta served with a medley of seafood—shrimp, scallops, or crab—in a light wine or cream sauce. Elegant and flavorful.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 (4 ounce) links sweet Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen stir- fry vegetables, thawed
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 15 middleneck clams, scrubbed 1/2 pound mussels, scrubbed and debearded
- 1/2 pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp
- 1/2 pound bay scallops
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
