Sea bass fillets are crusted in pistachios and panko for a nutty, crunchy exterior in this healthy air-fryer recipe. We use sea bass here, but any other firm white fish like halibut would work just as well. Serve with grains and a side salad.
4 (4-ounce) skin-on black sea bass, halibut or other firm white fish fillets
¾ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
½ teaspoon ground pepper, divided, plus more for garnish
¼ cup whole-milk plain strained yogurt, such as Greek-style
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup finely chopped pistachios
¼ cup whole-wheat panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
